The beneficiary of an exhaustive frame-off restoration every piece of this this truck is as good or better than new. The body panels were taken down to bare metal and massaged to perfection before being sprayed with a glossy coat of Lipstick Red. The paint is smooth and even without a bad side to be found. Black running boards and oak bed sides accent the color well. All chrome has either been replated or replaced entirely. All glass is show worthy. Underneath the hood a 235 cid inline six provides plenty of motivation for work or play. The bay has been restored to factory specs with an oil bath air cleaner single Rochester carburetor and correct cast iron exhaust manifold. The original 6-volt electrical system has been updated to handle 12 volts. Behind that inline six is a 3-speed manual transmission with a brand new clutch. From there power is fed to a rebuilt 10-bolt rear end that sends power to a set of painted steel wheels wrapped in white wall tires.
